The maximum size of an email is 10 Mb. PDF files must be in the authentic PDF format, version 1.3 or newer.

PDF files must not be locked or password-protected. The documents’ external measurements may be no larger than 210 x 297 mm.

The file name must not contain characters other than standard characters: a-z, A-Z, 0-9
