4. Purpose of the register

The register is used for communications with customers and the management and development of customer relationships.

5. Register’s data content

The register may contain the following information on the customer:

• First name and last name

• Phone number

• Email address

• Company

• Business ID

• Message written by the data subject

• Content of communications, including any attached files

Personal data is only stored until it is no longer required for the fulfilment of the processing purpose. Personal data is not used for automated decision-making.

In addition, we use the Google Analytics service and cookies related to it. These are used for analyses related to the use of our website, visitor numbers to our website, visits on each page and the route to our website. This information is not linked to the user’s identifying information or identity.

Data in the register is kept confidential and access to it is limited to Fenno Road Oy’s employees, primarily the sales and customer service personnel, and employees responsible for system maintenance.

We require all the IT service providers we use to operate in line with the principles of confidentiality and data security and to comply with the provisions of the Personal Data Act.

8. Right to inspect data and request rectification

Pursuant to the Personal Data Act, data subjects have the right to request the rectification, deletion or completion of register data that is erroneous, unnecessary, incomplete or outdated in terms of the purpose of the data processing by contacting the person responsible for register matters specified in section 2 unless these measures are prevented by other provisions of law. In addition, data subjects have the right to request the deletion of register data pertaining to them (“the right to be forgotten”).

9. Changes to the privacy policy

Data subjects have the right to inspect data pertaining to them that is stored in the register and to receive copies of the data. Fenno Road Oy reserves the right to change its privacy policy in connection with the development of its operations, for example.
